The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable The breakfast was delicious The location was convenient The hotel was clean, stylish, and roomy The service was excellent The food was good and great value for money The staff were friendly and accommodating The service was impeccable The hotel was conveniently located and easily found When responding to positive hotel reviews, you can use a warm, appreciative, and professional tone. The place is very good... A nice place to relax the staff are very responsive and supportive.. the food is like home... Great to stay in.

Don't ever book rooms at this hotel. Extremely poor service and absolute disregard for the customer. The reception and manager never respond to any request. If you stay here on the weekends the party speaker noise is so loud no one can sleep inside the building till 2:00am. Complete waste of money

Hotel The Royal Velvet Rohtak Hariyana Our first movement was when we entered the hotel, we were welcomed by the front office staff, especially "@Ms Ayesha Thakur,, with a smiling face.The rooms are very good, the restaurant is very good, the swimming pool is amazing and there is a banquet hall, a conference hall and a kitty hall.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The resort itself is stunning -- the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities for a luxurious experience.

The stay was very excellent and staff is very helpful reception staff is very coordinating smooth check in and check out Special thanks to miss Neha, Ayesha, Sandeep and all team
