Good place to stay. It is more suitable for the official purpose visits. Roos are big and with ventilation

This is Govt Tourist resort located in heart of Rohtak City, I choose this a best option to stay in Rohtak. Because 1. This resort have very good parking space, however some local vehicles are parked here always but u will get good space for your park 2. This resort is located in centre of City , which is very nearby of Shopping outlets , cinema, Medical institute and MDI university. And also near by SP & DC residences 3. Most of Hotels in rohtak are expensive and have small rooms, but here I found good specious rooms with all modern amenities like AC, Fridge etc 4. Restaurant and BAR facilities also available in economic prices 5. Good space for jogging / walking , and nearby Mansarovar Park for morning walks 6. I think this is very safe and secure place to stay, as no unmarried couple's allowed here 7. There is fixed prices for rooms here So no need to worry for bargaining every time 8. They takes payment through online, Card& UPi for convenience Improvement areas : Room Service would be more faster as it is not. Garden should be well grassed and maintained. Old furniture need replacement Tea kit should be also keep with kettle.

Waited 15 minutes to give order to someone, Nobody is there in restaurant to take order. Waiter was drunk. Not in the condition to talk. Very bad experience.

Rooms have an unpleasant smell and there are insects all over! The rooms are poorly maintained and the staff are very unprofessional!! The manager/head chef is abusive (i and my father witnessed) to their employees as well as the fact that the food prices are high and not of good quality. Disappointing.

I guess its one of the best in Rohtak but a pretty average place. The rooms are large however not maintained. The place is peaceful and location is good. Parking is spacious. In the rooms the paint is coming off, the lamp covers have dust on them, the dustbins are not clean. The service is good only when the hotel and restaurant is mostly empty, even if 10-15 guests come in they politely request you to come downstairs as room service would not be possible. Mr Sandeep was very polite and helpful. The same can be said for almost all other staff as well, however the proactive customer friendly hospitality approach was clearly missing from the rest. I did cancel one day booking which was 3 days after this visit as my trip got cancelled and got to know that the cancellation rules have been changed without any intimation to the customer, old rules are mentioned on the charge slip used for pre booking and even on the notice board. And just like in govt offices you get pushed from one person to another and in the end get a response that if you want the money please come and collect it and that it would come out of our pocket as rules cannot be changed.

Good place for a business meeting.

Rooms big and spacious. Bathroom needs to be cleaned. And are in dire need of being dusted. Have a small backyard/balcony in every which has a lovely view. Service is very slow and sloppy. Located in the middle of rohtak city, with good access.

Initially I thought it could be bad , but turns out to be really good as my title says. ||Service is really good and staff is ever smiling and courteous. Neat bathrooms and rooms , except they can refurbish it a bit. But again if they refurbish it then it would not come at this rate per night . They have a very clean lawn at the entrance where you can go for a walk or there is a huge garden adjacent to the resort. I would recommend this to my family and friends .
