Staff Behavior: The staff's attitude was unprofessional and unaccommodating. Requests were met with indifference, and there was a noticeable lack of hospitality. Instances of miscommunication and negligence were prevalent, making the stay uncomfortable. Food Quality: The food served was subpar, lacking in both taste and presentation. Dishes were either overcooked or underseasoned, and the overall dining experience was disappointing. Cleanliness in the dining area was also a concern, further detracting from the meal.

The food is amazing, the services are very good--definitely a must-recommend for gatherings of any size, from small to large!

Good staff Parveen and vinti are good Service location and food excellent Chef is great Mr . Ram Rohit sonu charanjit are excellent chefs of hotel

Hotel provide tasty food and also has fuction space in basement. Does not have sufficient parking space for large function. Good for small function.

Attended one kid's birthday party here. Space was crunched for the gathering they have accepted. They had to announce for readiness of food for making the party hall less crowded. Dinner hall was spacious but ACs were not working and food tasted stale.

My stay at Hotel Crown Inn was very nice ,comfortable & pleasing . The staff members are very good . They all are very polite & humble . Rooms are decent is size , neat & clean . During my stay I had no issue whatsoever . Kohinoor restaurant serves mouth smacking food . They serve delicious food be in veg or non-veg . Thanks a lot for the hospitality & please keep up the services as it is .

the hotel is fine but not worth the money. it should be way cheaper than they were actually charging. AC was not working properly. It took time to cool down the room
