Hotel Apsara

Best part is clean room and washroom with good look. Food is slightly costly. With AC it is comfortable,but otherwise less ventilated. Staff are very cooperative.

Never book anything in this hotel. Actually this is not a hotel, they just converted rooms into private space. From outside you can't imagine where is the entrance? 1. There is only one way to exit, so in case of fire , there are high chances that you will not escape. 2. There is no fire safety measures. 3. Reception and manager don't know how to talk to customers. They talk with them in their local language with no respect. 4. Rooms are very bad, even they don't clean them. 5. Rooms locks are almost damaged. 6. You will not get remote to control AC. 7. Bathrooms are very bad and very smelly. 8. Water taps are damaged and in very old conditions. 9. There are no soaps in bathroom. 10. You will not get water bottles in rooms. Even for one bottle in a day, you have to pay. Bedsheets are very dirty. 11. There are no phones in rooms, you have to directly call from your mobile to reception. Conclusion- Never book room in Apsara hotel.

I would like to give 2.5 starts out of 5... Room was clean but bathroom was not that good. 800 to 1000 per night for This room is fine but not more than that . They did not give me room key after asking so many times. they were telling that there is no room key itsems ( I donno why). I have spend 1200 per night. But hotel staffs are well mannered.

The hotel is not that good. Just average service. We stayed there for one night. It was raining in the night. Some of my friends complained of water coming in their rooms. Even there was water in our room also. In the morning we found the galley filled with water and it was very difficult to cross that passage with shoes. Food was of OK quality. Not satisfied with the service.

I visited there for a business trip with friend. Hotel located In outskirts of the town and well connected with local transport. Rooms are well maintained. Food also good. Overall good stay in that price.

Nice hotel... spacious rooms.. clean bathroom.. and most appreciable thing is service. Room service is excellent.. manager deserves 5 star.

Hotel is very nice to stay but the quality of food isn't really good according to the standard of the hotel. Really pathetic.
