OYO Flagship Hotel Shree Shyam

Hospitality is zero here. I booked a room in the midnight and paid online while booking and checkin in the morning, 4 hours were left for check out.. reception guy argued first that you can't get room before 12pm on the next day, no matter you booked for today. After long argument he agreed to provide room.. the room conditions was pathetic. No housekeeping was done before, no toiletries, no fan was there, AC was there but that was not working , and lot of mosquitoes were dancing in the room...after 2 hours, 1 hour earlier to checkout time, that same guy came and asked me to check out before time..because their next customer wanted to checkin earlier .. totally horrible stay
