BiLBerry Hotel

I didn't like anything about this hotel. Neither is their staff good nor is their food. I would advise everyone not to waste their hard-earned money on this bad hotel.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Bilberry Rewari, and my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the Front Desk Manager, Mr. Mukesh.||His tone was condescending, He seemed more interested in defending the hotel's shortcomings than in providing solutions.||||The poor customer service and Mr. Mukesh's behavior left a sour taste. Until they address these issues and train their staff to be more customer-centric, I would not recommend Hotel Bilberry Rewari to anyone.

Room is very clean and food service and taste ultimate And by the way mera ghr bhi billberry ke pas hi h only 100 mtr distance

The bathroom is clean but the smell does not go. They don't use room fresheners and all. Fooding services was osm

Its not proper hotal it's a banquet hall

Very Poor Service. The behavior of the staff is very bad and talks to the customer in rudely and a lot of attitude. I would never visit this hotel in the future. No cleanliness is maintained n lot of cockroaches very irritating one . even toilets were also not tht clean

If I talk about rooms, the room is spacious. But the bedding is broken. One cannot sleep on that type of mattress. The food is horrible. They do services timely. Also, the sofa was dirty. The sheets were not cleaned properly.
