It was really comfortable stay we stayed for stopover and it's totally worth it

I am from New Delhi.I recently visited at [Raunak pinjore], and it was a very disappointing experience. The food was extremely bad there was a caterpillar along with the veg noodles I had ordered.How can anyone serve caterpillar along with the noodles.Either they are not hygienic or the chef and cooks they have are irresponsible while they cook.Every dish we ordered was a disaster, and it was clear that there was little attention to quality or flavor. The overall experience was totally terrible. The service was very slow and the staff has no concern with the orders. I regret choosing Raunak Restaurant for my meal. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value good food and a pleasant dining experience.

The hotel's promise of comfort and convenience fell short. *Issues:* - Dirty rooms: Stained carpets, dusty furniture, and a dirty bathroom. - Poor maintenance: Air conditioner was loud, shower head dripped constantly, and toilet flush was faulty. - Unfriendly staff: Front desk was unhelpful, unfriendly, and took ages to address concerns. - Noise pollution: Constant traffic noise made it impossible to sleep. - Overpriced: Rates were exorbitant considering subpar amenities *Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, my experience at Raunak Hotel was a disaster. Good location, bus stand nearby(walking distances)

Stayed in this hotel for 1 day with family. Ordered food item in menu, they didn't have it. Still charged for it in the bill. The food that was sent had insects. Even after showing it to the staff and sending back, the restuarant manager had the audacity to argue that there was no insect after removing and asked us to make a video next time. There will be no next time and we are not there to keep a quality check on their services. That should be the hotel managements job. Moving on, the next day the hotel manager Anil ( claiming he was x Ramada and highly professional and customer centric)was all apologies and reduced the amount in the bill ( after a lotve miscoordination and waiting). He assured best of service in future. We left. On the way, we discovered that they charged us for other food which they never delivered. Called them, and as expected, all reaassurances were just lies. Even after accepting that they overcharged, Anil refused refund with excuses. Pathetic staff. They do not get food bills signed and then overcharge. Shows absent mindedness of staff. About the refund part, wasn't a big amount but their failure to honour shows lack of professional ethics, dishonesty, complacency and low morals. Not recommended at all

I am utterly outraged and disgusted by a severe food safety issue I encountered at Hotel Raunak, Pinjore on 26-07-2024. I discovered a caterpillar in my food, which is completely unacceptable and highlights a blatant disregard for basic hygiene and quality control. The presence of such a repulsive and potentially harmful contaminant in my food is shocking and raises serious concerns about the standards at this establishment. This incident has severely undermined my trust in their ability to maintain safe and uncontaminated food. I have attached photographs & Video of the contaminated food item. I demand that this matter be addressed immediately and that stringent actions be taken to ensure this never happens again. As a consumer, I have the right to expect safe food, and this experience has been extremely distressing. I urge others to be cautious and hope that the management takes this issue seriously.
