Hotel Royal Comfort Inn (Room,Resturant,Banquet hall)

Gopal is the hotel Manager. I called him a few times prior to my stay as I needed some help and reassurance as a first time solo female traveller in Haryana. Gopal was very professional and explained things to me very clearly and calmly. Upon arrival at the hotel I was very confused due to tiredness from my flight and also the change in state. But Gopal was very understanding and gave me every thing I needed. He even asked me if my room was clean enough. And of course it was. The room boys were very efficient and professional too. Also Gopal organized my taxi services. If you are looking for an excellent guest house which is run with efficiency and professionalism then I would definitely recommend Royal Comfort Inn. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Harayana is an AMAZING place too. So this trip was an excellent experience for me.

My luggage was left in the room, when I called they said it was in the hotel, but later I called the manager many times but did not get any help, he is a very greedy person. He sent me Gopal Gupta's QR and started demanding money..very 3rd class person..this was the worst hotel experience of my life..

Very Third class sarvis.. Meneger Bengali Non copreting,greedy My luggage was left in the room, when I called they said it was in the hotel, but later Bangali Babu called several times but there was no cooperation

Very comfortable stay.Receptionist provided food even after late arrival at 2AM.Thankyou so much.

Very very poor and pathetic experience. Intercom doesn't work. Washroom door lock broken Hot water doesn't comes Even after request at the reception, they provides cold water , reception desk non supportive. Don't go for it!

Not good. Exhaust fan not working in bathroom. No intercom phone is available. Wifi was also not working
