Pathetic stay, uncourteous staff, basic facilities missing, food rates too high. My genuine advice, plz stay away from this hotel

Pathetic room clinic, also cockroach comes in food , also food quality is very poor, also room service is very bad

One of the best hotel in Panipat, location wise also it's adds value to their business and everyone from staff to owners makes you feel at home. Enjoyed multiple visits and functions managed by them for my family and guests. Food wise as well multiple options with great taste..

Good room size ,good services good food ,makes good mood ,will visit again happy stay ,Old is Old

Food quality is not good very poor

This hotel is located in Prime Location of Panipat well connected with Road and Railway Station. Service Staffs and Manger(s) are polite and excellent.Food quality is really good and isn't expensive. It is bit costlier compared to the amenities that is being provided. But it is good enough to deserve a 5 star.

Hotel has a great Location but rates are not value for money,, service is good

No staff service... The room was not clean . No service provider. The size of the room is very small. We asked for a hair dryer...they denied. We asked for iron, but they denied... We don't understand why the hotel is open.
