Hotel City pride

Actually I'm not coming 7 Jan to Hotel City Pride Bcz my schedule Will be busy In Mumbai Batter luck next time

We have been travelling India for over 8 months and I can honestly say this is the worst hotel we have stayed at. The first night the lock didn't work in the room so had to move rooms. The bed was rock hard and only had a single quilt on a double bed. The bathroom was dirty. The Wi-Fi wasn't great. Staff We decided to upgrade to the better room the following night. What a mistake that was. Bed was awful, no shower and no Wi-Fi. Staff attitude is terrible. Location is awful. The only good thing about the place was the food although they got the order wrong most times. This hotel is way overpriced and we would definitely not recommend. We couldn't wait to leave.

I stayed here on 19 Oct 2023....Perfect place for an overnight stay. Neat and clean rooms. Staff at the front desk was very efficient and soft spoken. The hotel is located bang on NH44 and is perfect for travellers for a night halt. The only downside was there was no window in any of their rooms. But considering the tariff they charge this hotel is complete value for money.

From the moment we switched off the scooter, the overpowering smell of sewage you encounter at the front door, we thought it a one off. Then in the evening you could still smell it in the room. On exit we could not lock the door to our room, after a few failed attempts to get it to work, he suggested that we leave it unlocked and go about our business. No thanks. I asked for another room. The rooms are dirty the toilet leaks, the Ac don't work, the fan in the bathroom makes a screeching sound, the price for Room wasn't fair at 2000 so I suggested 1500 and we agreed which I thought was still a bit over the top, but the food was good. Tea coffee hot. Do not book anything upfront till you've seen the rooms, you can then make your own judgement. Good luck and hopefully the building work next door has finished, it should be as they work till 9.30pm

Very good hotel in budget. Neat and clean. Big room space and bathroom.

There are no locks inside rooms, food quality zero, i order cheese chilly but the serve cheese chilly fully dip in oil

Lovely hotel . Colonial style estate. Located very close to the lift where we got off from. The staff constantly was connected to us and ensured we reached without any inconvenience. Rooms were spacious and good. View was phenomenal. good ambiance nd Good Service , food is very tasty Thank you

Hotel is located on the highway near Vishal Mega Mart. Hotel have open parking on the road, a guard is there for taking care of the car in the night. Rooms are available from 1st floor onwards but the lift facility is available. There is small resturant and room service is also available. Pure veg food is served no options for non-veg. Food is good in taste as well as quantity with very reasonable price. Rooms, toilet are neat and clean. Hotels provide towels which can be more cleaner. There is power backup and wifi facility also. Staff is very good and helpful and are available for your service all the times.
