Geeta Sarovar Portico Panipat

I had a transit stay in the hotel and i found the hotel perfect for my stay. Rooms are good and spacious. Front desk is well efficient. Specially i will mentions Ms. Aartii who managed my in and out both in well mannered. Breakfast spread was delicious and eye appealing. All staff also deserve kudos.. keep it up. Kudos to front desk staff too for their work. Blessings!!!!

Geeta sarover portico hotel is hidden jam of panipat. Their staff was very well mannered and sincere. Specially front office staff was very well educated and sincere they do smothely checkin and check out. They also help to give knowledge about tourist place in panipat

Stayed twice at this property during the last few days and found the rooms well maintained with central air conditioning, clean linen and other facilities. The breakfast buffet had reasonably good variety and dinner under MAP, in the absence of buffet, has a specified Menu, good enough for a person to enjoy the food and sweet dishes. The food was very tasty. The service at the Restaurant needs to be more personalised and caring. The Housekeeping services require to be improved as the rooms were not checked for readiness before allocating to the guests. The toiletries, water, tea pouches etc have to be reminded after checking to get the same. Otherwise, the staff was well mannered, friendly and caring. The Front desk also needs to be properly manned for timely check outs which got delayed due to single executive handling many guests in the morning hours. Otherwise the front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Ample parking space is available inside the hotel. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

Mister Brij Mohan and Miss Savin are really amazing. Food is really amazing. The property is also really nice, great ambience and really vast banquet. The chefs are really amazing speacially the tea is amazing. Really recommend if you want to spend good time.

There were no staff to even send the towels and extra bed. They took 40 min to make extra bed. Power outage was very frequent at night. Air conditioners were not working properly. Services took more than average time|After 8 staff shortage needs to be addressed

Always good experience at Sarovar. Very nice property nice stay amazing food very hygiene property thank you so much all of you and specially thanks for ms aarti malik and nitin gahlyan very nice staff from the front office check in and checkout very smooth

Nice spacious rooms. I used to bit firmer beds. AC and Hot water is what guest needs and is available. Additional towel request was delivered fast. We had breakfast buffet and it was neat clean and fresh.
