Hotel Swarn Mahal

The quality of service was average. Me and my friends visited there for a quick appetizer and a cup of coffee. The food was good but the coffee was below average. It's just like some homemade regular coffee served with heavy price. This made me to drop the ratings. Service was quick and for that I rate it 4.5 out of 5.

A good place to stopover with good food and good ambiance. Ofcourse it has a spacious parking as well. Magnificently built it is good for hosting events as well. Had visited mainly for a family function spread over two days and the experience was very good. Food quality and taste is also quite good.

We did not stay here but had stopped for lunch. Though the building exterior and interiors is modern and plush - the management is just pathetic. The food was miserable. We had ordered Chicken Biryani and it had chicken from 3 different dishes thrown into the rice. Obviously, leftover chicken from 2 types of different curries and tandoori chicken had been used to make our serve. The pieces from the tandoori chicken were dried stiff and just not chew-able. When we complained - the staff along with the restaurant manager made all sorts of excuses short of admitting what was evident to us. Ultimately, we ordered vegetarian food, ate and left absolutely frustrated at our experience. Having traveled intensively around the world and in India for 4 decades - this is absolutely the WORST eating experience of our lifetime.

Place was good. Had small parking for few cars. They were playing IPL match on big screen which was very attractive and different from rest places. Now the worst part for which I would ask no one to visit here is staff. Guys were clueless and rude. Specially the person at coffee counter. He literally was asking me to go and not buy any coffee coz I was taking time to decide. And he also said bad words while I was leaving counter. I told his behavior to the person at cash counter as well but I guess he wasn't the one who could take action. please try any other place better than this as it's not worth relaxing even for tea snack.

Food is good |Ambiance is also very nice. Nice parking space and spacing food court with milti brand. Excellent service by ajay Choudhary |The only thing which went missing was anticipation. We need to look for the person to get us the accompaniments with the food and staff was talking n giggling at corner. Smile went missing, infact the restaurant manager also seems like a security person( might be doing double shift) it was on his face|Rest all was fine. Hope management will give them some training to the staff to maintain the decoram of the restaurant.

Went with family for dinner, their restaurant mezbaan was closed for renovation so had meals at their fastfood joint called panipat haveli. The taste of the food items was good. The rates are reasonable too. The downpoint i felt is the service, although the service personnel were polite but we had to ask for every basic things like napkins, plates, cutlery etc. They were mostly busy in watching ipl match. Maybe, that was the reason of letdown. But on the whole food was good and will visit again for that.

We 3 families were passing by and were looking for a good place to have Dinner. We saw a lot of lighting across highway and lot of promotional boards for this restaurant. Don't become victim of all this lightening. It's just to lure people to this cheap place. Palace is filled with flies. Worst service. Indisciplined staff. Careless managers. Third class experience. Saw many families going back without ordering.

Without doubt one of the favorite royal place I visted sawarna mahal with my sister,and it was a emense pleasure experience, The staff was extremely good at ther hospitality,especialy i would like to give special thanks to Mrs plabita hazarka associate manager there. She had made the arrangements very well and We had great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.||||a true sample of excellent hospitality!
