The Orlov - Hotel, Bars and Restaurant

Presently I am staying at this property for last few days. The hotel is situated at a very good location, away from the city crowds and traffic, well connected with national highway and other part of the city. Hotel rooms, services and food options are very good. Hotel is equipped with multiple restaurant, banquet, gyms and basement parking facility. Hotel staffs are very helpful and appreciate their overall services.

Wonderful Hotel and staff especially the front office manager Mr Ravinder who not only helped us in upgrading our room category but also ensured that our stay should be comfortable. One can enjoy the Pool table placed in the bar or can request books for reading that too complimentary. Must say that one can have a relaxing stay after an hectic work day. Keep it up Team Orlov!!

Incredible, simply incredible. The staff, the services and the food are unreal. I am in my second of my four nights and it has been an unique experience, and so far we had a great show with a Mr Negi, a masterchef, That was simply amazing, and I can't wait to see what is going to happen in the remaining 2 days.

Located in ansal with basement parking, the hotel is idle for hosting parties. The ambiance is good but some of the party hall feels Claustrophobic. Food has no complaints bit I feel there is issues with hygiene. The worst part is service there are more than 3 party halls with very little staff! I feel bad for the service boys as they try their best to cover for under staff hotel! Basically it appears posh but very sub standard!

Mr. Jitender Singh is a true asset to the hotel. As the person responsible for handling the accounts, he managed everything seamlessly and still found time to offer personalized assistance. His professionalism and approachability made my stay much more pleasant, and I'm grateful for his outstanding support.

I stayed at Orlav for a night to attend a wedding and was initially having a pleasant experience. However, my visit took a disappointing turn the following morning at the restaurant. Since there were two of us, I picked up two 500ml water bottles. But I was stopped and told I couldn't take even one outside the restaurant. When I explained that I had only had a cup of tea and couldn't drink water right away, they insisted that I either drink the water inside or leave the bottle behind. The reason given was that, due to an incident where some children took food from the breakfast buffet, the restaurant manager instructed the staff to stop guests from taking water bottles. I was surprised that a single misjudgment by a couple of staff members led to such a blanket approach, potentially tarnishing the reputation of a hotel that clearly requires a lot of time and effort from its owners and team.
