The Fort Ramgarh

Really shitty service to start with and staff is really arrogant and not helpful. We attended my friend's wedding there in November and the staff was really in cooperative about things and tantrums were thrown at us at multiple times. I would not recommend anyone to book them for any event or even for their stay as well. It's better to go and have your wedding with Redwood Resorts. They have the best staff and services and I had my wedding at that venue and they handled it amazingly with super tasty food and great rooms and facilities.

The worst experience ever!! I am utterly disappointed. I didn't imagine that such a place would have people like Gaurav (sales manager) who doesn't care about people and providing services but rather just want to make money by lying to their teeth. Only go there if you want to loose your money. Food quality - avg Room quality - below average Customer service - horrible It's a genuine request, please go somewhere else (perhaps welcome heritage next door, they are slightly pricey but they are worth every penny).

It was really great stay. I figured their breakfast services should quite improve and I would especially like to thank hotel staff for looking after me so well and being so helpful and cooperative. This property is so peaceful , I would recommend this property to my friends also.

From the seamless coordination to the warm hospitality, every detail was meticulously planned, making the day truly enjoyable and memorable for us. The catering, service and sound arrangements were all top-notch, and your team's professionalism and attentiveness did not go unnoticed and was appreciated by all. It was a pleasure working with Yashpal ji, Rana ji and other team members of the hotel for the day long arrangements and thank you once again for the outstanding support. Best wishes!!

We stayed at Fort Ramgarh for 2 nights. I don't think the rooms are ever cleaned thoroughly the marble floor of the rooms is extremely dirty and needs professional cleaning. The rooms with vinyl flooring also needs to be cleaned. As far the floor mats go, they have not been washed in ages. Then almost every bathroom has huge plumbing problem, the water gets accumulated and there are no proper partitions for bath area as a result the bathrooms get wet, anyone can slip, bath tubs gets clogged and they are still using bathroom curtains. It is carelessness, that they are not interested in keeping this place clean. Though the place is very peaceful but these are the basic facilities that every guest needs, when you use the bathroom you realize there is no hot water that too in December. A capsule lift can be installed as the stair steps are high, moreover they do not have any railings on many steps. The stairs are wide and risky. To be honest it is not just about the decorations and the furniture it is also about the basic crucial facilities that make a difference. How can someone just ignore this. The place where breakfast is served doesn't have any insect repellent light as a result flies also share the breakfast, it is merely carelessness and stubbornness of the staff that doesn't give any importance to cleanliness. This place is a heritage building but that doesn't mean these changes cannot be made, these are some of the basic things that need immediate action. Every where they have covered the mess by putting a wooden enclosure over it. The way all the water is getting clogged in the bathrooms soon it will damage the property because it is seeping into the walls and causing dampness, damp walls lead to mold formation which is extremely dangerous for health. As far the staff is concerned they were helpful when our rooms had no hot water, I was amused when he offered hot water in bucket , then why would i spend money and take a break, I could have done that at my home!! Wow!!!!. It is a good thing they serve only vegetarian food but breakfast is quite limited. Overall if I have to rate the peace factor i will rate it 4, cleanliness 1, food 3 and staff 3. There is always scope for improvement and change but people need to realize this and value time and money.

We had a great stay at the Fort Ramgarh. It's a heritage site with the hotel built inside a many centuries old fort. The staff is excellent including Manisha at the reception and Asha and Saurabh in the restaurant.

Kind of well maintained Heritage fort. Good size rooms with garden and swimming pool view. Service is good, food is yummy though only veg. Portion size is adequate. A/C in one room was too old and cooling wasn't good. Indoor activities like table tennis and pool table were not operational. Cricket Outdoor net available. Volleyball net wasn't operational. Basketball is there. Outdoor swimming pool but no showers and towels available. Though pool is at beautiful location. Room service available, last order 10.30 PM. Main restaurant was under renovation, another temporary was operational. Madam in the restaurant should work on improving her hospitality skills.

If you love Heritage hotels then its Must Stay place. Stayed there on 10th & 11th Nov . Very friendly and always smiling staff. Spl mention for Ms Namita for her help and all efforts to male our stay memorable. |Food is also worth a mention Vegiterians paradise|Only advice is if they can work out on Breakfast Buffet eating AlooPeas on 2 consecutive days was lil boring.||Atul Sharma
