Pallavi Grand Hotel

The hotel is good , the managers are good however the restaurant has one very rude waiter who doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. However the other staff is good and the food is also good. Management should consider counselling such people and teach them basic etiquette's.

We went to attend a social function. It was in a hall on the first floor. Arrangements were good. The ambience of the place is good. There is ample parking for vehicles. Staff was cooperative.

Nice hotel. Attended Ring Ceremony in one of its banquet hall. Spacious. Clean. Located well in heart of city. Delicious snacks n cuisine.

It's a great place the ambiance was great food was good overall the experience was great must try

We hosted a party there and almost all the members got food poisoning or other health issues Third class food!!! And service!

very poor service. old pallavi was good. ordered dal for dinner, gave in 45 mins, bowls were not given after food was served, gave bowls after we had eaten by putting dal in plates, gave onion and pickles after asking for 3 times when they were clearing the plates. would never want to come back here again, ruined the whole dining experience.

Rooms are clean location excellent but service is pathetic and food prices are exorbitant.

Good place for family get together. Food is really tasty and fresh. Balanced pricing make it most value for money with premium feeling.
