Hotel KC Cross Road

They've got a great location and outer space, but absolutely refuse to spend any money on maintenance, service or training their staff. Great facade with very low standards of customer service. The rooms are so old and outdated. We rented the most expensive suite room here for a wedding and the interiors left us in shock. The paint is peeling, the lighting is dingy, the balcony is full of pigeons and lizards, the toiletries are a disappointment, the phones don't work, and their housekeeping is as good as not getting your room cleaned at all. The second bathroom in our suite room was worse than something you'd see in a roadside motel. Their pillows are horrible and yellow and smell. And they even refuse to provide good extra blankets for the room. I have no idea how and why do they even call themselves a hotel anymore. AVOID THIS PLACE, especially for weddings and events!

It was a very bad experience. The hotel rooms were tiny and conjusted. The hotel didn't even provide basic amenities like - soap, bucket, mug etc, even the only bathtub was not working at all . Hygiene was questionable. The taste and quality of their food didn't justify their overpriced rates. Same was for room service. Overally, not at all recommended. The worst hotel l have ever seen.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Rooms are average, parking of cars is not a problem here. Location of the hotel is good. Best thing about this hotel is Good. The breakfast was awesome , service was but slow. I am giving 1 extra star just for the food.

I purchased KC cross road membership for the restaurant. When you come here with with membership , attitude of waiters are very bad and they don't give service..you have to call them everytime for water, order etc. Also waiter namely Anil specs Guy is very ill mannered ..This is my last visit here ..prices are very very high in menu..unless you have coupons, you will be looted here. Better go to other restaurant

Had a wonderful time here during a small family gathering. There's ample parking, the food was delicious, and the banquet hall and service were excellent. A great place for hosting events!

Food quality is just very average. Needs lot of improvements.

Best location, huge hotel and average service and facility. Serve free breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 am. Average cleanliness and care for safety and hygiene is focus of the management.
