Very poor service my cousin marriage is there not a single commitment fulfilled what they promise please don't do any type of functions there

The location is good. The staff is short hand, room have ac but they are not working , if light is not there water will not come this is a serious issue. In most of the room , room service number is not working. If you are looking for a destination for marriage this is a best place. But not that much for stay. But if you can't find any other place. This one is a sweet spot to take a rest for a day.

In Panchkula city this is one of the nature connected hotel which is located in the foothills of Shivalik mountain and a river also cross from the boundary of the hotel. The rooms the service is quite amazing. The different type of Vilas and their connect with the path pool experience.

It was raining heavily when we attended a day wedding here on 23rd Jan, 2022 but the arrangements, ambience and food were excellent Thoroughly enjoyed the event despite the heavy rain falling on the glass roof!! It felt so romantic!!

I got married at this hotel. We had a 3 day wedding and the service was a nightmare. The hotel manager paid no heed to some of the basic requirements throughout. The property, though beautiful on the outside is not maintained in the inside. The wedding happened in the end of November and there was no hot water in the washrooms inspite of constant complaints. The manager Mr. Chauhan was ignorant and used swear words at us when we complained about the services. We somehow got through the wedding to eventually be insulted by the hotel owner, who was drunk in the middle of the day and threatened us to be surrounded by the staff so we couldn't leave the property. All in all, a pathetic experience. The owner and the manager were very disrespectful and non co-operative. Please do read and believe the reviews here, we made a mistake of not believing the reviews and going ahead with the face value and we will regret this.

The maintenance of such a wonderful property is extremely poor, There was a leaking tap in bathroom which made the whole bathroom wet, The dish tv was not working as needed a recharge, the rooms had very old and dirty furniture specially sofas were extremely dirty. The waiters have a very casual approach. The management really need to upgrade as per the industry standards. Very disappointing stay.
