Hotel Pappan Plaza

Pathetic experience!! Hotel is run by goons. We recently visited and found Poor Hygiene and Cleanliness, The rooms were far from clean, with stained bedsheets and dusty furniture. The bathroom was dirty and had a foul smell. Hygiene seems to be the last priority for this hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in assisting guests and lacked basic courtesy. I had to ask multiple times for basic services like room cleaning. DON'T FALL FOR THE TRAP BY LOOKING THE PICTURES ONLINE

I booked 16 rooms during my marriage for my friends. They came from really far away and some even came from abroad. They had to wait during noon for about 1 hour and after persistent requests to the staff they alloted them rooms. The staff was extremely unhelpful. The allotted rooms were pathetic, unclean, unhygienic. The next day again, no proper cleaning was done. Ultimately the same day my friends left the hotel and booked rooms on their own which was very embarassing for me as I was the host. Initially while booking they only show 1 or 2 rooms which are nice and refused to show other rooms. Those rooms are bad. I really wish atleast the staff was helpful. Some function halls were also booked and during the function there was no to little light on stage. Even the little light broke after some time. They didn't fix the light during the entire function. Our camera men were helpful with there flash lights. The hotel staff refused to help even the manager was not helpful.

Non-responsive staff and manger, no service, and total mismanagement. They even claimed my room wasn't booked! Had to fight just to get basic assistance.

Had to pitstop over night... Rooms were so pathetic... Restroom was horrible.. NOTE : BIG RED FLAG... PLZ DONT STAY..

I stay in Mumbai but native of Palwal. I took one of my friend for booking of a small function. Very bad experience. I was very disappointed to see the behaviour of owner. It was like a goon. Very insulting behavior with customer. He is very egoistic. It was very dangerous to talk to him. I would never like to visit this hotel.

I repeat, do not stay in this hotel. Shady hotel. Dirty Mold Its better to sleep on road side than staying here. I repeat.. never book this hotel. I should give them -10000 star.

Rooms are not clean, no hot water, mosquitos, bugs and worst experience. Not recommended at all.
