Hotel Midtown

Service is worst you order something and then you have to wait for at least 3hours or more to get that delivered. Staff behaviour is very unprofessional you can't talk to them . It's an overpriced hotel in palwal if you have other options go there avoid booking this hotel. This can ruin your day and mood

Third class rooms, Pathetic experience, feels like a brothel, the bedsheets were not cleaned, dot go ever to this not even in urgent need. Adding few more lines, I forgot my charger in the room, and once i back to collect my charger, The owner of this hotel comes to me and asked "tu hai kya manish" like some bloody goon is running the hotel, he abuses me and keep arguing with me in high tone. Worst experience with the staff as well as the owner.

Worst feeling ever had . No service , food quality is very very low, rooms are so dirty, toilets not functional well, staff and manager bevhiour is very rude. Don't need to come HOTEL MID TOWN.

Although location is good but this not even close to a Hotel. No lift, No running hot water. Not even worth visiting. Forget it.

Very nice hotel at best location which is Agra chowk, Palwal. The complete staff team is also very nice and room is also very nice. In future, if I will again stay in palwal so I wish to stay in this Hotel.
