Brigadier's Plantation Retreat - Palwal

Brigadier Plantation Retreat is One of the best resort I have visited till now. Great staff who knew how to serve the clients. Our villa was well equipped and the service was excellent. I must say its best resort with premium and luxury interior with world class services.||||From the villa balcony, we could view the pool and pond area, dense plantation and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. Swimming pool was very clean and with fresh clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. ||||The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place. ||||Our stay at the resort was just for one day, but that one day marked permanent memory in mind. Food taste was out of the world and veggies are from their own farm as well.||||They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent hospitality. Must visit place for people who are looking for luxurious property.

Stayed in the luxury Cottages on 7th Aug for a night We had a wonderful experience in terms of the rooms and the ambience of the property.... Was raining heavily that day , so yes the transformer was blown off because of some issues, so faced a little problem regarding electricity, but in that time during the fix we were in pool for around 4-5 hrs with our family and it was amazingly wonderful experience and pool was clean and it is fresh water pool.... Food was purely fresh The staff was extremely humble and courteous. A very safe heavenly place with family. Child friendly place Highly recommended for nature lovers.

Very nice and quiet place to enjoy with family

Property is fantastic, isolated yet great, manicured lawns, vegetable farms, pool which can be filled with fresh water in a few minutes right in front of your eyes.||However, the service is worse than pathetic. Their catering is very very slow. Even when you order the food 3 hours in advance, they still can't make it in time. Our kids were starving and crying waiting for food, and I had to personally visit their kitchen to take stock of preparation. ||This was the second time I visited the property, and both times service was very slow which ruined our experience.||Staff is not doing justice to the property.

We booked the Villa for 1 night. Below is my impression of the property: The Shortcomings: 1. Insufficient staff. Service was very slow and on border of being pathetic. Food was fresh but flavors were very homely first trial kinds. 2. Electricity was erratic and it was hot & humid most of the time. After complaints from about 4 pm till 8 pm,the owner came around 10ish and asked staff to ensure full generator back up. However after 9 in the morning again erratic electric supply started and made rooms hot and humid. 3. Swimming pool has algae(Kai) on bottom, making it very slippery. 4. Food can take up to 2 hours for being delivered after order. Keep snacks handy. The good things: 1. Beautiful property 2. Close to Delhi 3. Safe 4. Owners and staff talk very pleasantly and seem to listen. Overall: Visit if you have a help along with to round and supervise the hotel staff to fulfill your requests. It's good for quiet getaway for a day or two. Hope they improve on hospitality.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are huge and provide the best view of the well landscaped gardens. Excellent quality of food served in the lawns made our evening memorable.

3 star property with No staff non operational reception desk very ill maintained....only 2 people managing the whole property from A to z ( hats off to them)Low safety and security standards. Anyhow we managed to enjoy as we were a group of 12 but for couples or single family not at all recommended.

Thankfully this isn't so popular or it would have been exploited. The pictures won't do any justice. This is one of the most serene places I came across. Spread over 87 acres, is the lush green Plantation Retreat, with a plethora of plants, trees, pond, infinity swimming pool, bon fire places, amazing stay. Every single cottage offers a doorway to the walking gardens and beautiful interiors done by the owner. I couldn't believe this gem of a place existed in NCR. One USP of this place is that there is no deep freezing. The food is prepared by getting the fresh fruits/vegetables from their own farms, fresh and prepared after the guests have confirmed their visit so that there is no wastage. All you can hear is the chirping of birds and nature. Have great meditation spots and everything you need to calm down. We were taken care by the Manager Rajesh and a very sweet help Govind. These two left no stone unturned to pamper and educate us. Totally made our day and we would love to keep visiting this place over and over again.
