Palladium Hotels

My recent stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing due to the poor level of hospitality. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unaccommodating, and the conduct of the manager and his wife was especially concerning--they lacked the basic courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. Rather than addressing concerns or resolving issues, the manager responded by asking guests to leave the hotel, which is entirely unacceptable. This approach reflects a lack of proper training and professionalism. Additionally, I strongly question the authenticity of the overwhelmingly positive reviews, as they do not align with the reality of my experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone, particularly families seeking a respectful and comfortable environment.

I had a wonderful stay at Palladium Hoatal!! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit! Highly recommend!
