Very Nice Hotel and best facility good service

Very bad services. Hotel owner and staff didn't pick calls even after commited to the customer. I experiance so much of inconvenience in night. I book hotel and for further queries i contact with hotel's manager and he firstly gave satisfying replay's that you will come and we can picked up you at latenight also. After that i reached at destination doors and gates of hotels were closed and they all're ignoring me and my calls. So many problems were faced by me at late night, even after booking and contact with hotel.

HOTEL WAS GOOD ..BUT THE PLACE IS FAR FROM BUS STOP AND HOTEL IS UP AT A VERY NARROW STAIRS ...SO NOT EASY TO FIND IT
