OYO Hotel Star

We reached at 10 pm, the receptionist demanded Rs 400, though it was booked by fully prepaid, to allot the room. We were forced to give that money -because it was late night. We booked classic room with AC, TV, Geyser. But, he allotted us a very sabby room. Bed cover is dirty. No AC, no TV, even no mirror in bathroom too. It is very shocking to stay there. Don't know how OYO has tied up with such a hotel.

We never stayed here it's extremely poor we reached around 1 in the night no one was opening the door first then we called the number mentioned but to no avail they said you need to pay 800 more then only we would open otherwise leave and he would cancel the booking tomm and wrote ticket to Oyo for refund that he didn't accepted the booking but again he is not picking up the phone Totally pathetic the hotel was from outer anyways. I need my full refund Oyo team

Worst hotel. No AC, No TV, No wifi, dirty bedsheet and blanket. On top of that receptionist asked for extra money before entering. Think twice before staying in this hotel.
