Worst hotel.. Asked for refund from oyo.. Don't waste time and money.. Owner will fight..

My overall experience is very poor, room condition is very poor, rice weevil is all around on room even on bedsheet, unable to sleep and group of ant also there and very bed smell can't stay without room freshner.

So soIt's a deserted look atmosphere.nNo staff in the hotel ,nBut the Manager was very cordial. The shutter gate closed and locked in the night and absolutely no one available in the hostel to open the gate. Expecting someone to come at 7.45 am to open the shutter gate.nBut definitely there is a room for improvement.Cleanliness of bathroom , cleanliness of bedsheet , blanket not at the mark

I would like a refund on this booking as I did not stay here. when I arrived there was no one there to greet me. the owner was called by a friend manning the desk and when given my name, owner said I had not paid or made a reservation. I gave my name multiple times but no luck. after a while he realised he had me on his list and blamed me for saying my own name wrongly!!! once given the keys to the room, flies and insects everywhere, bed sheets had stains, floor was dirty. I spoke to the manager again for the standard of the room and the state it was in and he told me to leave for a 5 star. this should not even be rated 1 star and should ideally be shut down as I didn't not feel safe living here at all!!||||Do not stay here or be fooled by price

Wonderful Place for stay. Hotel owner was very helpful specially Mr. Sukhbir. His services was very fast. Front office staff communication also good. Check-in and check-out service also fast. We were assigned executive room 201 which was very nice. Will come back and will refer it to friends

Super dirty. Staff played video games until 1am at full volume... Probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed in while traveling India the last 6 months.

Excellent services are provided by hotel Sarovar staff. Neat and clean rooms and washrooms, AC are very effective and Moreover Mr. Mahavir (Manager) dealing is very gentle and humble. Also, the room charges are very nominal. At least we should try once.

Nothing nice..not even bed sheets washed...neither their Tv working..yes they have gud wifi service..nd if u book ur hotel from app they asked not to pay there pay here else we didn't give room..if you stay for day they switch off Ac at 8:00 Am nd turned it on in the evening..if here option of negative I'll give this rating of their behaviour..
