OYO Hotel Mayur

While the rooms are alright, the hotel lacks on other departments, such as hot water in the bathroom which you only get when the sun's out, thus making it impossible to take a hot shower on a rainy day. As for room service, you can only order food when the cook's in, for other times, you have to go out to look for food. Although, the staff is good.

We had a confirmed receipt from OYO.when we reached receptionist, he did not look at it. He arrogantly said that he has not received any information from OYO. After our repeated requests, he did not change his attitude.. As we could not stay there, after harrasment, we can't offer any star and left with no option of not recommend

One of the worst hotel of Oyo, hotel is on first floor. Hotel is controlled by staff member, they are charging 50 RS for carrying luggage to hotel room.

Broken Door Handle, Staining marks on towels and worst condition towel. Hot water not there, Very less space of toilet.
