Poor room maintenance and even they won't provide complimentary water as well. everything is chargeable. Ac is also not working properly and there is full dust on the beds, there is no landline available to contact reception we personally went down to the reception and informed about the dust on bed they recklessly said we want to adjust and clean our own beds and they are calling those rooms as super deluxe rooms. Most of the bedsheets are also damaged which are provided by them. They will also lock the main door at the entrance after 10:30pm or 11pm which is quite not good for the guests who went out and reaches to hotel finding they can't open the door to enter, no security guard available.

Rooms are not clean, bed sheets seemed to be not washed as wellas the single towel provided was already used with lipstick or some kind of red marks on it. AC was leaking, mosquitos and ants were there and made it hard to even spend the night, Overall the room was okay but not clean, setup box and wires were hung and not placed properly, there were smoked cigrates in the washroom. Not even drinking water was provided, got the handwashing soap after calling for it twice. They said all our delux room they call are full but we'll give you super deluxe which at the price of deluxe, which didn't seem so. Hope they could improve!

It's a very horrible experience over here, room full of bugs,washrooms are not maintained well,no water connection- no proper facilities over here. AC also not working ,no telephone service ,Hospitality was not good. It's not recommended to stay here,all the people here to kindly avoid this hotel.

The service is very slow. We went in a group of 11 people from NIT KURUKSHETRA by 2.30 PM. They served the main course at 4.15 PM. The theme of the hotel was musical but the music system was not working . The food was tasty as we tried both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. By the time we visited, we were the only customers, so we enjoyed a lot. The location is good, as it is near Divine. The cost of food per person amounted was 450 per person even if we were in a group of 11 people, so the price may vary based on the number of people and the choice of options i.e veg or non-veg. Overall, It was a good experience.

Despite booking a room with breakfast included, the offerings were minimal, limited to omelettes and bread. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor service and subpar amenities."

the only thing which i liked is there is a lift and it is in the main road.. but the room service was average, they took almost 1 hours to recharge their set top box still they recharged for a day although i've said that i'm visiting with my family for 2 days.. but we have lost our mind when they served us tea in a "cracked cup" which was totally unexpected... and we believe in vastu so we left that hotel next day....

Service is not good. They don't have a telecom in rooms. Even a water bottle is paid. You'll have to rush down to reception in the morning to get the toiletries. Food taste is average as well.

It was a good hotel with many eating options in its restaurant, I only visited it's restaurant and found it very good. But one thing i notice before Corona this place was amazing but now it lost its best charm and special style of serving dishes/food which make it special and unique earlier. So i hope it's management may read my comment or try to get that special feeling back.
