Grace Hotel

Extremely bad rooms full of dust,dirt and smoking smell. Extremely unhygienic. No one in hotel cleans room? I'm a sikh and i have to suffer from extreme smoking smell. Checkout time was 2 AM for me but i left hotel at 6 AM because i was not able to survive in smoking and dust room. Just manager was hospitable otherwise ROOM is more than a haunted house.

One of the best with very reasonable rate and services. They provide home made food according to your choice. What else required. Rooms are spacious with all necessary facilities, which we never get at 3 to 4 star hotels or big brands. This is far better than others, we have stayed in office trip there 4 times and it is highly recommended for best place serving very very reasonable price. One more I would like to add the owner himself involved with guest interaction. Great going Hotel Grace.

Worst hotel of the entire Kurukshetra. Highly untidy rooms, torned bedsheets, rats, bats & mosquitos were there, A C & fans were not working, No water in the washrooms, sockets weren't working. Hotel Staff was highly impolite & started knocking our doors @11:00 pm and shouting at us badly. Entire hotel and staff was damn disgusting nn ridiculous. Requesting everyone, never ever visit this hotel again.

I was terrified in a middle of night at 3:40 am I didn't know but some rats or bat was stuck on a top of ceiling and was screaming throught out the night As a result I was late for my business meets Rooms are bigger than another hotel I have visited ever They have no kitchen and yes network inside the room is NA

Worst experience ever ..fake photo posted of the hotel ..u can find rats , housefly and cockroach in the room ...flush was not working..AC were not working... the staff is highly ill mannered ..similar to a dharamshala

I visited Grace hotel to attend a professional event organised by a reputated company and the arrangements made by the hotel staff was upto the mark. Event hall was spacious enough for a gathering of 30-40 peoples. Washrooms are tidy and staff was well disciplined. Food quality and presentation offered by catering department was also worth every penny. Overall its a good spot to conduct a small conference, party or event. My conclusion: Got our full value for money and worthy to try for second time

I took my friends to lunch here. They loved the quality of the food & So is the taste. Best part is service. Air conditioning is just perfect to fight day of 45deg neither chilling nor low. I just the love place. Definitely visiting again. EDIT 1: Have been there again couple of times. Quality of service is decreased in recent times. Taste of food has also been decreased. I have dropped one star, after recent behaviour of Hotel.

The hotel is easily noticeable from the road, even in traffic. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Most of the waiters were polite and professional. The banquet hall was a little bit small though.
