I stayed at this hotel for a night during my All India Road Trip. The hotel is stone's throw away from Brahma Sarovar. Rooms are decent, though could be better. Hotel has a restaurant on ground floor / reception area. Food was ok. Hotel does not have parking but there is space on road opposite to hotel. Staff seemed extremely disinterested. No smile on face. No politeness in tone. Straight face, stern looks. My mother was struggling to carry a heavy bag up the stairs at entry of hotel. The guys stood looking but no one even offered to help. Even while check out i was carrying down 3-4 bags to the car and the guys there just sat on sofa browsing through their phones. I asked the guy at reception for extra bottle of water and he replied almost rudely that complimentary bottle is only one. The location is the only highlight for this hotel otherwise the staff behaves as if they don't want any guests to come in. It operates more like a restaurant than a hotel.

Hotel JD, Kurukshetra Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay - Unhygienic, Unprofessional & Not Suitable for Families Rating: (1/5) We recently stayed at Hotel JD, Kurukshetra, booking two Deluxe Rooms (Room Nos. 203 & 206) at 1600 per night per room. Despite its proximity to Brahma Sarovar, the overall experience was deeply disappointing and stressful. I strongly advise against staying here, especially for families. 1. Tiny Rooms Lacking Basic Amenities: The rooms were cramped with barely enough space to open a suitcase. Shockingly, there were no mirrors in either room. On arrival, no towels, soap, or drinking water were provided--we had to make multiple calls to the reception just to get these basic necessities. 2. Cleanliness is Nonexistent: We found used Budweiser bottles and plastic waste in the rooms, and more beer bottles near the lift--clear signs the rooms weren't cleaned before our check-in. The lack of hygiene was alarming. 3. Unacceptable Drinking Water Policy: We had to wait nearly an hour for drinking water, despite multiple calls and personal follow-ups. The receptionist, Nitin, insisted on selling only chargeable mineral water, refusing to provide regular filtered water--this is unacceptable and against basic hospitality norms. 4. Rude, Unprofessional Receptionist: Nitin was rude, unresponsive, and even hung up on us during calls. When we requested a change of towels, he made excuses like "laundry wala hasn't come" and outright refused help. When we tried escalating, he arrogantly claimed to be the manager and refused to share the owner's contact. 5. No Help During Checkout: We checked out by 7:00 AM, and there was no service boy available to help with our luggage. We had to carry everything ourselves, with no assistance whatsoever--another sign of poor service. 6. Surprisingly Good Food - The Only Positive: The only redeeming feature was the food. Morning snacks like paneer pakoda, aloo paratha, and sandwiches were tasty, especially the green chutney. Evening snacks like onion/potato pakoras and spring rolls were enjoyable. However, the veg manchurian was over-fried and too hard. Final Verdict: Apart from the food, this hotel fails miserably in cleanliness, service, staff behavior, and basic amenities. It is not family-friendly and offers no value for money. Avoid at all costs.
Located near at Bramha Sarovar, Kurukshetra, Haryana. The hotel staffs are very supportive and cooperative. Stayed for one day with family and kids. After requesting, they have provided a good discount for the room. Rooms are neat and clean. Foods are very good and tasty with reasonable price. Recommended.
Rooms are small but bathroom are too big . Staff was also good , there is also a restaurant in there and there food is very good . There is not towels and other supplies, when we go to ask for it we have to wait for a long time
The room was clean and well maintained. As for service the hotel staff were generally polite and attentive
It was nice experience rooms are very clean & food was awesome must try to stay if you are going Kurukshetra
We have booked in this hotel for an event and have occupied atleaat 60% of the rooms. The night manager was the worst and seemed to have a , If you are dying, I dont give damn attitude. He is least concerened about the troubles of no adequate hot water, working kettle etc. Except for the rooms being new , nothing of this hotel was good.
The room facilities are not as priced. There was no sleeper, no electric kittle inside. Towel was also not there in the room. Provided on the next day even requested at night. Room service is also not adequate. Food inside is over priced.
