THRONES

Had a beaitiful exoerience at Thrones today. Amazing ambiance, food and customer service. The place is spacious and the food is beyond tasty. Special thanks to Surbhi and Sham ji for their great service. Must visit place.

Purchased discount booklet for 3500 and there were coupons for free coffee and when I asked for it, they told its not available. I is a big hotel how a coffee cannot be available. I am not asking anything for free, I have purchased the booklet but they dont want to fullfil the commitment.

First of all the ambience was amazing but the washrooms are in the front of the sitting area and it is quite uncomfortable. Regarding food that is not great , paneer sausage tikka was quite salty and difficult to swallow However coffee with cinnamon was delicious. Regarding the staff , one or two people usually laugh and make us uncomfortable other than that they glare at us. Food is quite expensive not worth for the taste. Just the ambience is beautiful and give luxurious feel. .

I rarely add comments on Google but the food at Thrones Karnal was so tasty that I couldn't stop myself from sharing my experience. From the moment I walked in the ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place for a relaxing or great meal. But the real highlight was the food - every dish was made with different flavor, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. The dimsums (Paneer Momos - they were calling it as Cottage cheese momos :)), The Falafal platter, Chilly Chichen, Sushi (was not a big fan of Sushi earlier but after eating these Sushis with the Indian and Japanese both touch, I started liking the Sushis, were an absolute delight and the icecreams Tooty Fruity and some platter (Chocolate brownie, vanila and hot chocolate on top) was absolutely yummy. Whether it's Indian, continental, grilled or tandoori options, everything tasted fantastic. Seriously satisfaction is in extreme level. The service was equally impressive, attentive, friendly and quick. It's rare to find a place that excels in both taste and hospitality but Thrones does it effortlessly. If you are in Karnal and looking for great food with a lovely ambiance, Thrones is a must-visit... I'm glad I decided to try it with my family and I will be definitely be coming back. I rarely leave comments on Google, but the food at Thrones in Karnal was so delicious that I felt compelled to share my experience with all of you. My family was extremely happy and going to visit it again. They really cracked the ambience and fine dine experience. THere were 2-3 different ambience areas for different kind of parties or food. The one I had food, was in Darbar something. I was more inclined for sitting outside but due to winter season and kids in family, decided to sit inside but outside lounge or sitting area was also very tempting as live music was played there. So I will finally say that it was one of best food/fine dine in experience we had in this place.

The worst experience ever! We made a reservation beforehand but still were made to wait (apparently, people without prior reservations were welcomed!) Then we were provided with table and chairs which were added from a banquet hall! (Imagine sitting on a chair with a wet soaked satin cloth!) Do not even ask about the service! Cold food, had to remind them our order a million times! Ughhh... I have never experienced something like this ever! (Negative sense) Lastly, it was a typical ahatta made into hyped up place!

We came for the dinner tonight and the food was amazing. The staff and services were excellent. We would like to thanks surbhi ji who took immense care of us. She is certainly an asset. We will surely visit again

Pathetic service spoiled our 31st night no proper arrangement nothing only hype is created into local media. Worst food ever drinks were finished during party and in the last there was no food left. Will never visit this place again. #Poor Service # Show off
