Fraud service provider. Service quality is too pathetic. I'll not suggest to anyone for booking via OYO. I was book a room but the hotel manager block my entry when I was called to Oyo customer care he was adjust my room that was online booked on Oyo only in 374 and I have already paid 799 for my firet booking. I am requesting to everyone that do not use Oyo. Bycott Oyo.

Fraud rating on OYO. Bakwas and they cheated. They denied me to go to the room even I showed him the booking confirmation. He demanded extra money. Room conditions are pathetic or we can say like 1 Star.

Such a pathetic hotel. They are demanding extra Charges for AC and rude behaviour of staff .Few points observed when I went there first time. * Dirty room .No similarity with pics. * Unprofessional staff ,they don't know how to behave. * Extra Charges demand. Request to all never /ever go there and waste your precious time.

The room is spacious and A/C was working well. But their bed linens were so dirty. The access to the hotel is a bit tricky, narrow spiral stairs make it a bit difficult to reach the front desk. One of the guys at the front desk wanted my mobile phone to enter a perfect 5 feedback on OYO app! The parking is a public space at the side of the road.

Pathetic customer service. Serious miscommunication between site and on ground reality of services..The location matched on map, the ac was working.nProperty Facilities are working fine.First the staff asked me to pay more money than My due amount on app. He didnu2019t give us room for 1 hour. I had to ask oyo customer service to solve the problem.nThen he asked me to pay more for ac saying itu2019s not included in my room, when it was clearly mentioned on site while booking. Later agreed.nI had clearly paid extra for breakfast for two people while booking. But The next day, first there was big delay in breakfast, I had to go to work on empty stomach and later complete refusal to give breakfast. In the end, instead of breakfast for two people, he gave couple of cold paranthas to just one person.nEither there is serious miscommunication in booking information and on ground reality of service or the hotel staff just doesnu2019t know how to be in service sector. The hotel facilities are fine but they refuse to give you amenities that you paid for.Worst experience.

Such a third class worst hotel. Charged 300 rs extra for 1 hour early checkin. Worst rooms, no cleanliness, no soap in room. Do not waste your money Last but not least they take your phone and give rating themeselves on the app. Shitties staff and reception staff
