I had a comfortable stay in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good housekeeping staff. Excellent service by the restaurant staff, especially Gaurav. The chef, Abhimanyu, cooked delicious dishes according to my taste and dietary requirements. Everyone made sure I was well looked after, even getting medicine for me in the night when I was unwell. ||Thank you, Leela Grande!

I was at the Leela Grande (Karnal) for the teens tournament of my son. We stayed for 4 nights and we were given the finest room in the property. It was luxurious, highly spacious and with every bit of superb amenities in a star quality hotel. Honestly, I didn't expect such great service and a fantastic room in Karnal. But, they exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the food was excellent and we savoured everything that got served from breakfast, lunch till dinner. The staff was so courteous and the folks at the breakfast lounge were extremely helpful. We loved the Aloo Parathas. Paneer Butter Masala and the Chicken Curry. The room service, the linen and the supplies were great... Thank you Leela Grande. I shall stay at your place every time I go there for work or for tournaments of my children.

Nicely located at main shopping area of Karnal city. Well appointed rooms and quick room service adds to its lustre. Food service in the room was prompt. Quality of food served was excellent. Due to Coronavirus scare, adequate precautions were in place, keeping safety of guests. In a nutshell this hotel is recommended for your short or long stay at Karnal. One missing thing is this hotel doesn't have any garden or lawn bcoz of its location bang in the middle of posh shopping area.

One of the most important thing today is safety protocols being followed because of current Covid-19 situation. Hardly any staff member was wearing a mask, no sanitiser kept in the room or on every floor outside the lift, just one single bottle on the reception. If you are giving plethora of guidelines to be followed by the customer then the same should be applied to hotel staff as well.||||Second thing is customer service. We had complimentary breakfast in our booking which ends at 10.30 am (as per the staff) We reached the hotel at 10.40 am and asked for breakfast. First he said you can order the breakfast and it will be delivered in the room, then when we said it's complementary then he checked the booking and said it got closed at 10.30 am||If breakfast counter/ kitchen is closed then how come he was offering it earlier and when he saw it was complimentary he blatantly denied it! ||||Totally waste of money!

Today I have stayed in your hotel and I have ordered Pineapple raita .||||Preparation is like that.... Ur kitchen staff has taken half bowl of curd and just added 10..12 small pieces of pineapple. Thats it.|||| And its costing is 200.||||Thats the amazing preparation of ur hotel service.||||I am very dis satisfied with ur hotel service.... Poor food quality with quantity according to Price.

The worst of the worst. In edible. Mushrooms. Breads. Anything you name it. This after multiple tries and calling beforehand they prepare the joke they call food. Even if you've made the mistake of staying here which is on the worst street of the city, you can prioritise your food from the nearby dhabas like kewal. Unworthy.

i stayed in Hotel Leela Grande Hotel karnal my experiece was amazing,i stayed for 2 nights and staff is very polite and coperative.Rooms are spacious and clean bathrooms,I luved the food they made a food as per my instructions...hotel is in main market everything is availble in your door step this is the best thing

I am an employee of Bajaj Finance and many people from my company stay here including me for a long time, But today the reception boy did a miss guide to me.||We have single occupancy booking allowed but reception boy provided double occupancy room to me and said that we have this room.||When I told him that I have booked single occupancy, he became hyper on me, I think this is not sense.||If Leela Grand feels that we should not stay here then there is no problem, but don't do anything wrong with the guest.||All this is wrong.
