OYO Flagship Hotel Shagun

The worst hotel i stayed in my life. We were on a bike trip and happened to stay here as it was late and there are no other rooms available. They were so eager to take our at first itself but never seen after that when we needed help. 1. Cleanliness-The room and bathroom was not clean at all. You can see in the pictures how bad it was. Making bed is not called cleaning. Bed sheets were stained and smelly too. 2. Water - there was no drinking water provided. There was no water in the bathroom to wash face even. When asked they told us to wait. Even after 45 mins there was no water. Then they said we can use some other room to take shower. Felt so weird. 3. Sleep - we stay in hotel for mainly two reasons. To freshnup and to rest. We couldnt do both. There were so many mosquitoes in the room that we couldnt even think of sleeping. So basically no shower and no sleep. The review is gonna be never ending if i say all the points. Never go to this hotel ever.

3rd class service by oyo. hot water not available in room. cable tv not working. dirty towls.cleanness very poor. water leakage and more mosquitos available in room. staff is helpless. i have stay here for 2 days with family members.i done already online payment so i can not cancel. this hotel shagun not preferable for anyone. DHARAMSHALA is better than this hotel shagun. price is much more higher and service is very very poor.

Very bad service.they denied for checkin. Asked extra money for same room.abusive behaviour.they were ready to fight with us.no safety.owner was drinking alcohol

Worst ever experience in any hotel, no hot water available, broken beds, no guard or security available in nights, anyone from out can enter the room directly more over the care taker guy named Mohit he is super rude person has no idea how to speak with hotel guest. Honestly genrally hotel used by local couples for few hours, that mainly the income source of hotel, that's why they least care about the family guest. Very highly recommended not to opt for this hotel, better to stay in Car.

Worst hotel service.. they denied my booking and ask for extra charges. Never stay in this hotel. if you can pay 1200rs then stay in other better hotel

Very Beautiful and well managed economical hotel in Karnal city. Located in very good location near iti chowk on national highway 44. I have booked and stay in this hotel last week. The best part of this hotel is Service quality which is very good. We enjoyed very much

Horrifying hotel. Worst ever property of Oyo. I will never book by Oyo in future. No water, if water comes by mistake then no hot water. Rooms full of mosquito. Dirty bed sheets, dirty washroom, no mirror, no ventilation, suffocating rooms. No parking facility and written parking at ur own risk. 10 times they called me to side my car as i parked outside. Someone knocks at the door 3-4 times at night time. Not safe at all to stay for a family or lady. Third class food. Untrained staff, don't know how to talk. Room walls full of guthka spit.

Stay was so poor and hospitality is not at all entertained by any of the service person, rooms were not clean, Television was not working, no drainage in the washroom of the room i took room no 9 2nd floor, safety was a major concern throughout the stay. Very poor experience please don't opt for this hotel even if it is economical you will feel to spend more anywhere else instead of what experience they are giving you. Pathetic hotel
