OYO Flagship 15481 Hotel Star

Unprofessional Staff with Rude behaviour & ZERO Services.. Owner is also Unprofessional... Rooms are small, dirty with Zero Satisfaction. Never ever choose this for your stay..

The place was really yuck, Full of bad smell and the environment was really worst. the way of people talking to guest was really bad, Even it's really disgusting. I have gone their with my family, but when i have entered the room, I was really shocked water is leaking and fungus is stored near the washbasin, When I complaint to manager and requested for the exchange of room, They are demanding 500rs extra. moreover they have switched off the AC, while we are sleeping. The way of speaking of manager and owner to the guests is really rude and is really bad. Worst experience and will not recommend to anyone

Worst hotel experience. The rooms are not worth paying 600-700 but they on the spot neglected our booking via OYO and asked for 1400 per room up front. I didn't have option as I was running tight with my schedule, so I had to pay as half of amount was already paid, so there was no chance of return. About room, single led bulb in the room, a TV without any cable connection. Bed was just okay. Sheets and blanket had holes in it. They don't even have courtesy to provide basic amenities like towel, soap,etc. I specially had to ask them for that. Everytime you leave the room, they would enquire if you are checking out or coming back. Such a stupid hospitality. They should close the property. They clearly don't know how to run a hotel.

Horrible service! Not safe for family also. Said "Checking hogi toh dekh lena raat ko". Oyo shows different rooms and what we get is different. Manager refused to give me a better room for the price I booked hotel in. He said in price (after legit discounts and coupons), What I can get is- a company (Oyo) room with a normal ac which I will just show you here. Never book with them. I am not from this city. I was alone here with my cousin brother for my Ielts exam. Manager said "Ye pakka brother hai na? Varna checking karne wale toh khud dekh lena." This is absolutely rubbish to question my relationship with my brother. No safety, at all, bad place. See the photos yourself. Plus, after contacting Oyo, they refused to give me refund. They did not book in some other property. Manager said he has no more or better rooms available so he can't shift. But reality is- manager wanted more money for better room.

Booked room via Oyo app, but after reaching , they denied booking and asking for triple the rent. Staff was rude and simply refused booking and they have no fear of anything. Chor and currupt people they are. While standing at reception we find only couples coming for some wrong activities and seems they are their regular customers. They pay enjoy and leave. Someone must complaint to authority for action. Avoid this hotel , there are wrong activities going on there and may be illegal things also be there. These are only my observations.

DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL.LOOK FOR OTHER HOTEL IN KARNAL AREA. During my visit at karnal (Haryana), I stayed at 2 places. One was Hotel Rama and the other was Hotel STAR. If i compare between the two, Hotel Rama is the best in service, they receive customer well, food and other service is perfect. You will feel like you are at your home. If you stay at hotel star (opp.kalpana chawla medical college),you will definitely regret. Reasons are:- 1) No breakfast service (but breakfast service will be mentioned at the time of booking) . 2) TV is just a showpiece. Card won't be recharged. And if you complain,they will act like there's connection problem. Man, we are not illiterate to be not able to understand the notification on TV. If you stay in hotel star, you will feel that you have been tricked in some way. So better don't book this hotel. If you don't believe ,read other's review. I WILL NEVER REVISIT THIS HOTEL AND WILL STOP MY LOVED AND DEAR ONES FROM STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.

I booked the hotel on oyo app. Afer reaching he wrote on notice oyo booking not accepted. We hv paid online but at counter he said to pay more because of unknown reason. It was crucial time in night for us so that we were not having much option. Oyo is much responsible for the issue and they did not solved our issue. So Oyo booking is not recommendable at all. At the same time no soap no towel no slipper in hotel. Lastly he also took our mobile and rated the hitel as 5 star. Worst experience of OYO

We really had very bad experience at Oyo Star Inn Hotel at Karnal. They did not respect online booking done through Oyo and charged handsome amount on check-in. Customers are even mis-guided by showing this hotel as per friendly. Our small puppy had to be left in the car for whole night as hotel manager did not allow our pet inside the hotel room, even when we paid in advance for pet friendly hotel. Hotel did not have any catering service and towels were also provided on demand only. Will never stay in this hotel again.
