OYO 7128 Hotel Rama

rooms are very very clean, location is best, rate is good...I must appreciate the staff. They really very nice and helpful. They help my very much without any monetary term. So next time whenever I will go for karnal, I will definitely plan to stay in your hotel

Very bad experience. I booked a room online and payment done in advance. They denied me to give me the room. They are asking for Corona nagetive report. But at the same time other customers checking in without any report. They said other customer that that they booked the room very cheap price. But this is not our fault. Our fault is that we paid in advance. Our money got in vain. Please don't pay them in advance Very rude behaviour

Unfortunately had to stay here because I couldn't find another one as it was late. It was mentioned family friendly, but I didn't feel that secured. We booked two rooms. Room Linens and Pillow Covers were not clean. I had to ask them to change it. Bathroom was dirty. The bathroom window was sort of opened and people moving through the verandah could see there is someone inside. They didn't switch on the AC and Heater. After requesting they switched it on. And funny part was that it was not working. We had a complementary breakfast but didn't feel to eat it in the dining area because it was not clean and finally had to deliver it to room. I would never go back again.

Worst experience one could have, rooms were not clean, blankets and covers were dirty we had to ask them to be changed , although the new sheets were not much clean either. We decided not to order food although we had tea, was served in not so clean cups and tray. Not sure if they want to server the guest properly.

The hotel staff was nice. I was travelling from Chandigarh to Delhi on cycle and took a stop at Karnal. Booked the hotel through OYO and requested the hotel to allow me to keep my cycle in the room. They acknowledged my request and offered me a room on the ground floor so it would be easy for me to carry the cycle in the room. I ordered yellow daal with chapatis and it was really tasty. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Very bad experience. The room was having some odd smell and the washroom was also not cleaned. I should not stay or not recommend any body to stay in such a hotel like this. They didn't switch on the Gyser, After requesting they switched it on. The staff is ok but facilities were not as per described. The lock handle was broken and a key hole seen through the door from inside to outside. I would never go back again.

Don't Book this hotel kindly ignore this dumb place. I booked this hotel and paid in advance and I already told the hotel staff I will check in mid night around 1am so kindly noted. As the hotel staff agree. When I reached the hotel. But the main gate is closed the hotel staff are on bed. I ring the bell and knock the gate it's around 2am and one guy came and said there is no room available. I said I already booked a room. He is rude and misbehaving me. While I called the manager that namber mention on main gate but he didn't pick it up. Around 3am there is no one I was alone and scared too. Kindly ignore this hotel.

Worst experience , booked the hotel through OYO amd was denied check in since I was not having covid negative report. The OYO guys said that producing the vaccination certificate would be enough but still the hotel denied check in. After cancelling my booking from OYO , the same reception guy offered me a room at a price higher than OYO without any report. After check in I found out the room was stinking and the highly unhygienic.The TV wasn't working , after asking the front desk got a hilarious response " sir mail kr rakhi h Set top box recharge k liye kl subah hoga".Only the food was good but everything else was pathetic. I wish there was a negative star to give. I recommend none to go to the hotel.
