Hotel Triple Tree Karnal

Dirty beds , stains on bed metress , no necessary things provided (like kettle , soap, brush colgate comb etc.) ventilation is very bad , they show room on 1st floor , room available on 1st n 2nd floor but after payment they give us room on 3rd floor , disgusting . In night dog barking sound disturbs me alot (crowded area no proper parking space) , 2 old peoples manages the property , they need min. 2-3 young people . Bcz their is no facility of lift also . I thinks alot before saying anything to that old people , bcz i don't want to suffer them bcz that old people need to come on 3rd floor for my service , for old people it is not easy . Good things only - spacious bathroom , neat n clean balcony.

It was a nice experience staying in Triple Tree. Hotel room s comfortable and clean. The entire team is quite responsive. Breakfast they provided was very good and on time. They took good care of even small things through additional support like arranging local auto, providing umbrella during rains etc., Its certainly value for money.

Good stuff and accomodating..,requested first floor room and they were kind enough to entertain.

i tried booking a budget hotel as i have to stay for a shorter time and leave early morning but this hotel was not even worth that. 1. Checkin was an hectic process as both the reception uncle was drunk so not at all for family. 2. Bed sheets and pillow was dirty (in case of emergency you have to stay here, bring the bed sheet and pillow cover with you) 3. There was 7-8 cockroach in the room toilet which was killed by drunk uncle. 4. No kitchen in the hotel so they don't keep Mineral water bottle (that's what uncle said) And water they gave to drink was not RO water 5. AC and Geyser they turned off from main elec room and there was no one at reception after 12 pm till 8 am. Hotel main door was closed so i didn't get to leave early in the morning. I understand uncle was drunk so he overslept. 6. Pro tip: don't even dare to try this hotel. Parking is outside hotel at your own risk only positive thing is the hotel is near highway

Giving a very great service. Rooms are so clean and and the amenities are provided by there side. Receptionist is so friendly person. Staff is also so cooperative.

You don't have booking because you didn't treated well and i booked some other hotel even costlier than you. It was my first visit but i have to visit karnal now on regular basis but you didn't deserve to get the good guest . Sorry to be harsh but it's true. Room was too small lighting is bad.

The hotel is nice rooms are big enough for two people. Service was fine staff was cooperative even the owner asked if i need anything else i can call them overall experience was nice , wifi was a bit slow but overall it was a nice room

Staff is supporting and location is best rooms are new and proper hygine
