Worst Hotel Experience Ever . I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Sagar Rutba hotel. The service was virtually non-existent, with staff seemingly uninterested in assisting guests. When I requested essential items, I was met with a shrug and a "not our problem" attitude. To make matters worse, the hotel had the audacity to charge extra for amenities that should have been included in the initial price. This lack of transparency and value for money was staggering. But what really took the cake was the blatant misrepresentation of the rooms on their website. The images showcased spacious, luxurious accommodations, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find a tiny, cramped room that barely resembled the online photos. It was like they were trying to deceive potential guests into booking. The rooms themselves were laughably small, with barely enough space to move around. It felt like I was paying for a glorified closet rather than a hotel room. Overall, my experience at this hotel was a disaster. With poor service, overpriced amenities, and a complete lack of honesty in their marketing, I would strongly advise against staying here.
