Hotel Imperial

The broken floor surface near the entrance stair caused three people to trip and injure themselves badly during my stay. Moreover they've covered it with mats which made it hard to see & a safety hazard. Totally a negligence by the hotel's owner/staff.

The best hotel to visit for the first time is a good experience here situated near the Railway station of Karnal.

All good except services. When we go outside and give the room key to the reception so that our room should be cleaned when we come back from our duty but room services didn't clean the room on time and they ignored the order of their customer.

Overall the experience was fine. Staff was cooperative but service provided were late. Good food !

Decent hotel with small rooms..good for a day or 2 stay
