Very bad experience my life, galti se bhi koi party ke lye book na kare, no air conditioner work in party hall.

Bad stay experience of my whole life, They show me room no.106 a clean room, then offer me 107 AC room without working and change room with 103 a problem washroom smell is so high after that I complain about the smell their staff tell me you are not interested in stay, Please stay on your risk the staff behaviour like a king he is right always and customer is a fool guy who is always complain him

Best hotel in the karnal All staf mambers are very nine The room is very clean

We have planned a 30 guest get together but it's really pathetic no electricity and really pathetic behaviour by staff on payment time. Mosquito's are there in Hall spray done before function time and rooms AC not working, Don't go for this, even parking not easy red light traffic issue.

They have utter mismanagement, mis calculated plates, no proper way of managing anything, fighting with guests and hosts at any time

Rohtas - the owner is a fantastic guy, being very humble and helpful. He offered us his scooty as well so that we can effortlessly go and have our lunch. Big rooms and decent ambience for the price I had paid. I would recommend for a stay at this hotel.

Very good security.. Especially Mr rahul saini very good at his job
