Hotel Gian Residency

Nice hotel, rooms are not big but neither they are cramped. Well maintained, strictly for Vegetarians, good food with all varieties from Chinese to South Indian to North food. Happy with my stay though rooms should be checked once they are ready. My bed sheet had a small hole right at the centre. Otherwise staff was courteous and greet you with a smile.

This is good budget hotel located on a very busy road in Karnal. |The room we stayed was a luxury one, and so quite spacious, ample furniture with a dining table and ample storage. |Room, bed linen and toilet is clean. |Bathroom linen ought to be much cleaner. You could carry your own. |Although a room heater was included in the tariff it was not provided. Being the winter season the blanket was not cosy enough. |The toiletries are cheap so carry your own or you can buy outside. |One convenience worth appreciation is a liquid soap dispenser and a shampoo dispenser in the toilet. |Room service is quick and good.|Hot water was on for about 80% of the time. 2 days had to wait a long time. |Food is reasonably priced and tasty. |Staff is very polite and eager to help.

Disliked * There are many ....but i will write a few 1.The front office staff,specially a man who was doing Checkin process was way too rude.His way of talking to customer is untolerable. 2.The rooms were filthy,with poor ventilation and smell of seepage is toxic.(have look 3 more rooms all were full of smell) 3.linen are full of dirt and stains,tv and cable were not working,Fan had a knocking sound,I couldn't sleep 4.Ordered dinner from there resturant and it was totally not worth to eat but morning chai and aaloo parantha was good. 5.And last but not least springs are coming out from the spring mattress..too uncomfortable to sleep on them.

Average hotel with basic amenities, located at main Railway station road. The plan was CP (including breakfast) but they showed their inability to serve even tea before 8 on pretext of non availability of kitchen staff.

O stars for it pathetic staff/owner they are gold digger and harass the guest for money. i had booked this hotel from oyo recently. i had been asked several times for the confirmation for the hotel. when i reached the hotel the deneid to give me room as i had booked it at low cost a weeke before and the current price was thrice the price that i booked. as it was exam time and all the hotels were packed they try to milk the situation and asked for crazy prices. Oyo as well is waste of time as they were not able to provide any solution for my stay. however i mananged to get a better deal with go ibibo and was happy with my stay. oyo and hotel gain residency both are useless. dont visit the place ever.

Hotel is good. Rooms are smalls very difficult for 3 to stay in a room. Extra bed is very bad and no breakfast for extra person but charges is 500rs. Restaurant service is fast, room service is slow. No WiFi. Bad bath towels. No lift. Water heating kettle is available in room

A last minute booking, not so fancy facade, could be booked for a short one night stay. Washrooms were ok. Location was ok. Infrastructure could ve improved. Staff was nice and welcoming. Food was good. Not many options in Karnal, this can be a option

A moderate & good hotel in the heart of city. Lot of parking space & spacious room with all basic amenities. ||Service is fast & prompt.||They need to keep a rotational breakfast menu (Complimentary). Having same items for long staying customers is irritating.
