Hotel Bliss

Overall, my two-day stay at Hotel Bliss was less than satisfactory. Despite the promising name, the experience fell short due to several issues. Firstly, the air conditioning was not working properly . Additionally, the bathroom doors were damaged, which compromised privacy and security. Furthermore, the walls were untidy, detracting from the overall cleanliness of the room. However, amidst these shortcomings, I must commend the staff members for their professionalism and helpfulness throughout my stay. Despite the challenges, their positive attitude made the experience somewhat more bearable. Overall, while the hotel has potential, improvements are needed to truly live up to its name of "Bliss."

Service was excellent!! French-German couple on our way to Delhi with our bicycles, we had the chance to rest in this hotel and we are thankful that we could store our bicycles! The rooms were clean and the bathroom as well. We could rest properly in a comfortable bed and environment. The price is competitive compare to other hotels that we have checked before and didn't provide the same quality! Keep it like this ! The location is great not so far from the city center.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Bliss Breeze in Karnal, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff, I must also mention the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff and the stylish, modern decor. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a plush bed that made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a shower and plenty of fluffy towels. One thing that really stood out to me was the hotel's commitment to sustainability. They had bins and lamps made from sustainable materials in the room and common areas The atmosphere was lively and sophisticated. All in all, I would highly recommend the Hotel Bliss Breeze to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Karnal Haryana.

Pros :|1. Only good thing about this property is that Sardar Guy at the reception.||Cons :|1. Property is at a narrow street and also at a great distance from the National Highway. |2. Most of their rooms have no ventilation, no exhaust fan in the toilet as well. |3. Our bedsheet had shoe print, which they cleaned in front of us. |4. No complimentary water bottles (Charged 50/- for 2 bottles at checkout). |5. Mattress/Pillow cover had a very unbearable foul smell. Owner refused to change sheet and pillow covers. |6. Toilet seat cover was broken. Totally detached from the seat. They just kept there for formality. |7. Damp walls and dust around the corners of the room. |8. Not recommended for elderly people as there are decent number of stairs to climb. ||This property is not what it looks like in google reviews and other platform reviews. Rooms are completely different than what we saw in the internet. |Overall, very unhygienic property.

My stay at Hotel Bliss was good. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a decent option for a hassle-free stay.

We are currently staying at palm bliss on spid passed airline and have been complaining about the air conditioner since mid afternoon. The hotel staff told us we could move but owe $10 fee because he's sold out of the rooms he rented that are like mine. Not sure how that's my fault and my charge to incur. Wdt am I liable for the $10 relocation fee??
