I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Two major issues stood out: 1. The reception manager misled me during check-in, claiming that breakfast was included in the room rate. However, when I ordered breakfast the next morning, I was informed that it was not included and I had to pay extra. Despite my concerns, the reception staff refused to take responsibility and displayed a lack of courtesy. 2. The breakfast I ordered at an additional cost was subpar. The food quality was extremely poor, and hygiene was a significant concern. In light of this experience, I strongly advise booking hotels like this online in advance to avoid potential deception. Additionally, if possible, consider avoiding the hotel's food services due to the questionable quality and hygiene.

A very courteous & hospitable staff and a lovely stay. The hotel had an eye to smallest of the details. Every thing was perfectly taken care off. The rooms were neat and clean and very spacious. Even the basic rooms (Club Rooms) could easily accommodate a family of 4. The rooms were quite airy and facilities well maintained. It was indeed a wonderful and a memorable stay.
The rooms are huge and spacious with attached restrooms that are designed to match any good 3 star or 4 star hotel. Suits come with a sofa set and a dining table. Deducted one star for service as they won't provide any extra towel at all. Location is prime and all required markets and places are nearby. Parking is available in front and behind the hotel as well.

I stayed in this hotel 2 times, great services, food quality is good, room rents and food prices are to reasonable. Staff is cooperative. Overall great experience. Recommended.

Poor Customer Service -- One of the most commonly heard complaints is - poor or unsatisfying customer service. Be it a front-desk manager, pool staff. This is my last experience with this Hotel.
Limited Open Parking space , so there's always a disturbance from hotel staff in night or day time for keys as they don't prefer to keep keys at reception. Bedsheet was dirty. We asked for Blankets in January month which should be provided at the time of check in.
The staff was well mannered n courteous.Servive was quick n good too.Indian food was excellent.They let us stay few hours xtra after checkout bcoz my girls were very tired after a sports event..n did not charge xtra. Room for improvement to excel..will go again
