Hotel is good, You feel like a valued and expensive hotel. Staff communication are good. Hotel Food menu are some expensive. It's not for everyone and room price started from 1200/- as per bargening + 12% GST. if you are coming as per business schedule so may be stay here if you come for enjoy so as you wish. Thank You.

Very lazy service,get food after midnight when we ordered at 10:30 pm and call so many time to reception..and also not get bath Shop for bathing, Will not recommended to anymore for stay here..

The hotel's location is excellent. Staff is very cordial. Food is very good. Rooms are clean and neat. Bathrooms are very clean. The only drawback is that there is no lift. For youngsters it is ok. If elderly people like us were to stay here, it will be a handicap to climb stairs. Good value for money.

It was a good place to stay, just that the rooms are a little too small. There was not much space inside the room. If they remove the huge chairs and the table, there would be some space to move around. Otherwise, it is a decent place to stay in Karnal. The staff was friendly and helpful. If they take care of the space issue, it would be great! :)

The rooms were spacious and furnished with basic amenities. As winter was setting in the room was provided with a blower also.||||The food was pretty decent and the service was very good and prompt. Hotel does not have a lift...so one has to climb the stairs.||||Also, the Tata Sky connection had expired, so no TV was available, although an LED was prominently installed.||||Sleep quality was very good since location is slightly off main road, and it is quieter.

Located in the middle of the city, Fidalgo is a nice place. Room size is bit small but quite clean. Room service is very quick and food quality is very good. Only negative is no proper parking. Hotel manager is very nice person. Always ready to help the guests.

I went to Karnal on official visit and stayed at Hotel Fidalgo because it was near bus stand and the market area yet not on main road which is good as main road has traffic and noise. The hotel is decent. There is no elevator. The rooms are smaller than shown in pictures. The food is priced high. But it was official visit so probably one can stay if they want.
