DLS Hotels

I had high expectations for this hotel, Serenity Hotel Manali but it was a complete waste of money. The room was outdated, smelled musty, and was nowhere near as clean as it should have been. The AC barely worked, and the mattress was so uncomfortable that I woke up with a backache. Customer service was just as bad--unresponsive and rude. Housekeeping never showed up despite multiple requests. The food was overpriced and tasteless, and the so-called "complimentary breakfast" was a joke. For the price they charge, this hotel is nowhere near worth it. Definitely won't be coming back.

I recently stayed at DLS Hotel, Manali, as part of a group tour with 90 people, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've ever had. The service was incredibly poor and far below expectations. Food Service: During meal times, we found that the food had run out, and there was a significant delay in replenishing it. We had to wait for a long time, which was extremely inconvenient for a group of our size. Welcome Service: There was no proper welcome upon our arrival, which further set a negative tone for the stay. Room Allotment: Despite being informed that the check-in time was 2 PM, our rooms were only allotted around 5 PM, which is highly unprofessional and disruptive, especially considering that the standard check-in time is 1 PM. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend DLS Hotel to anyone in the future. The overall service was well below the standards expected from a hotel of this nature, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously for future improvements.

Terrible Experience - Fraudulent Behavior I had the most disappointing experience with lock your Trip. I trusted them to handle my travel plans, but instead, they took my money and failed to deliver on their promises. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they are refusing to return my money and have been completely unresponsive. It's clear this agency is not trustworthy and operates unethically. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is shocking. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company unless you want to risk losing your hard-earned money. Save yourself the stress and hassle - look elsewhere for your travel needs.

Poor Service: The overall quality of service was far below expectations, with no clear communication or assistance from the staff. It seemed as though the staff was unprepared and lacked proper coordination. Given this experience, I would advise others to avoid Serenity Hotel and look for more reliable accommodations when visiting Manali.

Dls hotels are number one fraud company. We had booked a property named Hotel Conifer in Dharamshala around 2 months back for a family holiday. They changed our hotels at the last minute and put us in hotel Anupam managed by the same DLS group, without giving much choice which we had to accept. They claimed that the hotel had short circuit issues and was under maintenance. The real reason was however to make more money as there was a IPL match during that time. They showed false photos and made us pay the amount in advance. We reached there to see a dilapidated hotel with no regards to basic amenities or cleanliness. The reception asked us to give the entire amount even before we were taken to the room. The place was dirty and dusty. Of the 2 family rooms given to us, 2 rooms had the view of an advertisement stuck on it. 2 balconies could not be opened physically due to poor locks, which was good, because they were infested by monkeys! There was no ac, no heater in any rooms. Toilet seat was broken. There was only 1 tv present for 2 family rooms combined. After requesting them, they added a make shift tv dangerously hanging in the other room. The place is dated, and service is absolutely pathetic. I would definitely warn everyone to stay away from the DLS group. They succeeded ruining our experience in Dharamshala.

Nice Hospitality, best staff single call goes very well. Thankuu so much to all for provide best services & our food of all hotels was yummy. I book honeymoon package of Himachal . Amazing trip ever... Thnkuuuuu so much for cooperation. I prefer to every couple & family to book from here. They also provide convience or vehicle for trip .
