The Vivaan Hotel & Resorts, Karnal

NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. UNCHI DUKAN FIKA PAKWAN. Learnt this in my school days, used it today. I am a local and have been to all the properties near by. To try this place hosted a family party here. Experience was below average. Really don't know why this property is so over hyped. Service is good but this is HIGHLY OVERPRICED. Experience of dealing with managing staff was very poor specially MR AKHIL. Kind of attitude he has is lilke he is hosting party for free. Overall dissatisfied. Lot of scope for improvement.

Looks great from outside, but the room not comfortable, very noisy and not cleaned. After letting the staff known they changed the room but the other room was terrible as well. Shower and bathroom not hygienic. Food was not good, staff was nice to serve and listen but would not recommend this hotel if you looking for a comfortable stay during your travel.

The overall experience was amazing cozy vibes and wonderful food though a lil bit expensive.

The room has one big large window which normally would have offered some view of outside. Alas all it could offer was an array of scaffolding and tarpaulin! Under complete darkness. A permanent facility has been created with temporary material . We feel completely caged . Moreover loud music complete with Dhol and drums disturbed us major part of night - till 02:00 AM! The commode flush button was so hard the both of us had to push it with all our strength to make it work . It was a real|horrible experience. I gave a written feedback. I got a call from their GM Mr. Behl . But it was all " motherhood" statements- we will find out the reason and take action against the persons) responsible etc. etc. I am sure , if you are serious to correct the situation , all it takes is 6 hours maximum in such conditions- no out station investigations are required . But that's it . The GM went through his paces .

Arranged a family get together in Vivaan. I could not be more pleased with the experience by my family had.From the movement family arrived the staff made them feel like home. and took care of every detail . The menu we ordered our family called me with compliments.Seating arrangements were perfect. Thank you to the team lead by Akhil Sirkeck for making our family get together so memorable.. I will surely visit & recommend this place to my friends . Sukh New York .

Excellent food & service , Mr.Ramesh kumar served so kindly , very good server.|Tried butter chicken & chicken biryani excellent taste.One of the best place on Punjab highway to have full meal veg & non veg.Family atmosphere and no over crowded.
