Very bad service and very poor hospitality and there manager went to say him i bring bed sheet in your room at late night but they are not bring to this also i am saying to this person please clean the cattel but they are saying is it not cleaned and also we not cleaned to this . Very very bad mamegment to this property

Hotel is near to the Kalka railway station but since the approach road is in construction you have to walk carrying your laguage ( time May-June 2024).Very compact room, not spacious this would be ideal for just a small halt or 1 night. Bathroom is clean and room is tidy. No elevator in the property

We stay in this hotel on 26th dec. It is very near to the railway station and i want a hotel near to the railway station because early morning i have a toy train. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but not very big but its ok i want to stay only for one night. Service and food was good enough. Staff was very kind and polite specially kishan ji he is ready to help you any time , early morning he give us a walkup call and also arrange auto for my family . Overall very good options at this price. I will surely vist again if i vist kalka again.
