Hotel Nath

Very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The staff clearly lacked basic customer service etiquette--there was no proper queue system, and people who came later were attended to first. The principle of first come, first served was completely ignored. Even more upsetting was the subtle yet clear discriminatory behavior. As an Indian, I felt treated differently, almost as if I wasn't welcome. It's ironic how we often talk about racism abroad when such bias exists right here in our own country. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful treatment and fairness.

We stay here for 1 night to take experience of Toy train on next day. The Hotel is in a very convenient place and in walking distance ( approx 5-7 min)from Kalka Station (please avoid if anyone carry heavy luggages). Check in process is very fast. The receptionist upgrade our rooms in free of cost. Room are very cozy and also very neat and clean. All the modern amenities are available in the room. Behaviour of the hotel staffs are very humble. Fully recommended if anyone want to stay at Kalka.

Stayed here for 1 night and had a pleasant and satisfying experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers like me who needed to be close to the Kalka Railway Station, just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, with many amenities provided: toiletries, a dental kit, towels. In a (small) town like this, such amenities are unexpected and greatly appreciated, making it especially convenient for someone like me who needed to catch an early morning train to Shimla. Speaking of early mornings, the hotel helped me by arranging an auto rickshaw for us at 5 a.m. at a reasonable rate to get to the railway station. We had luggage, so we requested this option, otherwise, we might have tried the short walk to the station ourselves. It was a lifesaver for that early departure! Room service is also available for food, which was good, they brought us meals from Krishna Cafe, though there was a slight delay in delivery. The value for money here is excellent, especially for a quick stopover. I'd highly recommend Hotel Nath to anyone passing through Kalka, particularly those needing a reliable and comfortable stay before catching early morning or mid morning trains to Shimla!

Stayed for a night with family. Convenient location for catching a train from Kalka railway station. New property, clean and well designed rooms. Many eateries nearby.

This hotel is steal deal. For 1500/night I expected it to have some demerits, but none at all. Luxurious room with high tech devices and more than necessary amenities.

Good hotel near Kalka Railway Station. New property, well maintained. Nice courteous staff and prompt service.

We reached there by 12:00am but they made great effort by arranging our room and make sure that we didn't suffer from cold by giving blankets and they were really helpful. And the rooms are very neat and spacious and equivalent to star hotels
