Okayish. Rooms are small and kind of old. 2 person Can comfortably sleep in the bed, 3 can adjust. Extra bedding will be provided if required. Water heater is present in all bathrooms. Restaurants, hospial and other facilities are pretty near. Walkable distance to Kalka Railway station. Buses to Shimla, Chandigarh are always available.

One of the best Hotel, if you are planning to Catch early morning train from Kalka. Rooms are extremly Neat and Clean , and Most importantly spacious.Hotel have an Option for food ordering, but best way to have food is to have outside dhaba which is just 2 minutes walking distance from hotel . Hotel Staff is equally polite .

Very bad place to stay|Work there are not at all polite and not helpful |Hotel owner himself is very rude and don't know basic etiquettes to deal with customers |They should first learn basic manner before running a hospitality business |And please ask before selecting AC rooms as they don't work when there's power cut and they won't even entertain customer regarding this issue

Staff and owner of the hotel both are rude in conversation. Overall experience is not good.

realy this is a very good budget hotel i stayed there 2 times .both time i found clean rooms as well as bathrooms.hotel owner and receptionist kalu both behaves very good.at Christmas time we get double bed room having balconies @1000.300 meter from railway station.nearby hotels avileble for lunch dinner..

On the so called mall road of kalka .This hotel provides the budget rooms for the people traveling to shimla , Who wants to rest before the hilly journey . The hotel is situated in the main market from station towards the ghandhi chownk . They are good

Hotel Blue Moon, Shimla was just OK hotel to stay as they need expansion as rooms are small as of average size and budget and having normal facilities, no wifi etc.||But Hotel Blue Moon also has good food facilities, good faculity staff, nice location and a good exposure of the shimla's amazingness.||So, in total Hotel Blue Moon was a good and just OK hotel.||Thanks..

I stayed there on my last trip to Shimla in 2009 it was a horrible hotel that with tiny rooms no service at all but this year I again went to this hotel and to my pleasant surprise they have upgraded it new decor nice location and rooms it is good for 1 night stay
