Bad service 3 Hour charges 2500 rupees they room are very expensive i can't stay this hotel next time plz no vist and owner are very rude behave

Pathetic place, foolishly run by inexperienced staff and Rude owner. Once I stayed some of my guests in this hotel for a family event over 2 days. My experience of the staff, service, owner and overall experience were so stupid, foolish and bad that we had to change their rooms to another hotel next morning. Gave 1 star because there is no option to give 0. Owner was behaving very rude, clearly inexperienced and astonishinly made himself unavailable for handling complaints while still in his office in hotel. Receptionist and waiters have no sense how to talk, no experience or brain to handle anything. Service is as poor as you will ever see in the world. Don't ever think of booking it for a party or event because they don't know how to manage it, even if they give you for free. Waiters are so stupid that when asked for a morning tea in bedroom, they said no even at extra cost. ACs are switched off by them from behind to save power. Just skip it, all the other places I'm city are for sure better to stay or eat.

One of the worst experience i had there. Owner was really rude and didn't have the sense to talk. I went there for official trip for 2 weeks and unfortunately booked the rooms there. Service was really poor as they don't have their own kitchen to make the food and from where they bring the food that quality was pathetic. I complained about the same and owner was shouting at me and said yaha aisa he milega. At the same time i changed the hotel.If anyone visiting Kaithal then never ever book the room in this hotel. Parking was not safe at all.

It is just a prime OYO, Building is new but once saw the bed you will sit on that. Totally unhygienic. Better to stay in Karnal as compared to this place.

Hotel staff way of talking is not good and they never give any facilities to our clients never ever book this hotel if any wants better facilities.

A nice place situated in the heart of city. Excellent rooms and services.

The hotel is pathetic in service. Beds are highly unhygienic. Bathrooms were shabby. TV and geyser are faulty as well . There is nothing good about this hotel. Go for some other. For couples it's highly insecure.

A very nice stay... staff was very polite.. they provide fresh food for the dinner and also a complimentary ice cream with it...
