Very good hotel for corporate and family stay.

The restaurant was good at first but now the manager has started playing games. Every time there's a discrepancy in the billing, every time! . The manager will add extra things in the bill and will reduce some price on the total stating he is giving us discounts.

would like to thank your company personnel at the customer services division for their excellent support. Your customer care executive, Mary Smith took care of all my queries in a jiffy. She also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the brand of ultrasound machine I was purchasing. She let me know all the important information regarding the product including its features, adjustable buttons and electricity consumption. I am a busy medical professional and I urgently required information regarding this product. Mary was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. She also ensured that I received all the information regarding the mode of payment to the company and the time by which I would expect the machine to be shipped to Australia. As a doctor working in the Australian outback, I am constantly tending to the needs of patients of different ages. A portable ultrasound machine is a critical requirement for me. I was very thankful that Mary explained which product will suit my needs best. She also solved the problem regarding the service charges which I faced. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and your customer care staff for their speedy and efficient services. I was able to complete the transaction within seconds thanks to their attentive and alert presence. I would especially like to commend Mary for her professionalism and superlative skills.

snake bit me at mid night in the hotel delux room so i told the staff to provide me first aid facility but there was no first aid and didn't support me i managed it by myself i hardly survive but now I'm fine i took treatment in pgi but I'm requesting to you all please don't visit this hotel and please report it

Food was tasty and value for money. We were 6 members and it costed approx. Rs. 300-350 per head. Service was also quick. We ordered Shahi Paneer (2 plates), Dal Makhni (2 plates), Raita (2 plates), Naan, stuffed and normal breads, coke, salad plate (2 plates), 6 water bottles (small) etc. Why I have shared such a detailed experience, so that it will be easy for you to figure out the price and quantity. Ambience and sitting was comfortable and spacious. Can't say much about location since we visited in afternoon and not in night that how the view and safety wise it will be in late evening.

We checked into this hotel after midnight as we got late from a family function. they were very sweet to accommodate us in a room and then upgraded us to suite the next day. Whatever we asked for was done in a jiffy be it food or water bottles or cleaning. The housekeeping staff and front desk executives were all very friendly and helpful. There is adequate parking in front of this hotel.

The food quality is excellent.
