OYO 43487 Hotel Dalamwala

We were on official Survey work and stayed at this Hotel. I was having a guest family from USA. The Hotel has offered us the Deluxe Room with Complementary Breakfast. At the moment when we checked in we found that there was a good Hotel but it is not maintaing it properly. Our room paint was chipping out. AC was dripping in room itself. Bathroom was spacious but old toiletries. One of our room was having extra issue like there was no TV control like remote and Switch. Room Gyser was shared with other room and if other people in that switch off the Gyser you will not get Hot Water. Staff were not cordial enough and didn't able to communicate with our foreign guest. Restaurant in Hotel is good. Food taste is OK but only North Indian, don't go for South Dishes. It's really not South Indian stuff. They have Wi-Fi but slow speed. The price and facilities and service are not matching

I found the hotel and it's staff very lousy| The owners do not seem to have any sense of hospitality. Everything in the hotel was in a deteriorated state. The walls had plaster coming off. Furniture was chipped from all sides. Doors were black with dirt and grease. There were AC's but were of small capacity and unable to cool the rooms. Fans were there but were unable to provide any air blow. Staff was untrained and rustic. There was noise and musty smell in all parts of the hotel. Strangely this hotel is popular in Jind. Maybe people of this city have no good option. I feel very sad for them. Avoid Jind if possible until some good hotel comes up in this city.

Bad experience for me. The manager is setting only for money. He didn't teach the staffs nothing. When I ask for a soup one guy brings me an old soap. They are charging 2k for a room and they don't provide a soap. And the bathroom was not clean.

The hotel is very near to bus stand that is why I chose this one. There are 4 floors, underground bar and restaurant in the premises as well. My room was on 2nd floor. there are lifts. The owner has very good nature and helped during stay. The room service is good and would call you for dinner. Or you can go to restaurant and eat. The hotel is priced steeply for Jind, but its easy access to bus stand makes for it.

Visited with family as well as friends on different occasions.Amazing food, Nice rooms.You can enjoy your day, weekends or vacations here easily.Good atmosphere for family and children.Services like laundry,magazines,newspapers are available.Different types of rooms available according to preference.Very helpful staff and friendly management.Definitely a go if you are looking for a hotel stay or even dining.

They charged 1400 for this flithy room...they dont hav a fresh bedsheet ...i purchased one for the bedroom....
